Real estate is In my future, but I’m motivated to make it my present reality.

But, I think if they started with the post-covid 'issues' (March 2020) and still wanted more after catching up to the present, then maybe go back to the beginning?? 

Always interested with real estate and took the opportunity to get a cashflowing rental when it was presented to me.

Hello BP Professionals,Presently, we are reviewing a geographic area 50 miles from our home, to connect with these property owners and or managers. 

She wants to be present when I show the Unit to prospective new tenants, which I think is incredibly awkward, and just wrong.  

Wht issue will this present?

Any advice on how I should approach people and present myself with a sense of trust?

A duplex presented itself and through years of blogs, podcasts, research during the dark ages if anyone remembers Carlton Sheets, and I cunningly took advantage of the Sellers weak points and stole the deal at a great price.

So, will the girlfriend/fiancé have to be present during the summary process to “back me up” and say yes I want to move into that side with him?

Once I present her offer and she agrees, how do I protect myself from her backing out or is there anything else I should worry about?
