Cushman & Wakefield, an international real estate services & brokerage firm, recently released a new research report entitled Cool Streets - Explore the Hottest Urban Retail Markets across North America, and Indianapolis had two (2) streets included on the Top 100 list of Coolest Streets in North America.  

The cool thing is a lot of that population growth is retired military settling here like I did....more steady government paychecks.  

Pretty cool stuff  and you can do this too.

I would steer clear of Toledo proper due to the new lead based paint laws, but the suburbs or downtown Toledo (buy a commercial building and turn it into lofts) would be a cool idea.

I am currently listening to the podcasts but they have so much cool stuff that I cannot listen at them at my usual 2.5x speeds and I wish I could take notes while driving.I also want to make sure that I do not spend too much time procrastinating by ready stuff as mastering the real estate investing can take the whole life.

Is the neighborhood cool?  

This said, I am working on building my team of go-to people for plumbing, heating/cooling, handymen, and cleaning when the units turn over.
