Help with a probate lead in San Diego

I have some friends who are trying to sell their Mom's house in San Diego.  Around a $450k house.  One of the daughters (6 kids total, all adults) was put in charge of the Probate process, Mom had a simple will.  The judge told her she really needed to get an attorney which would cost them like $13-$15k! for one house, no one is contesting anything, will is very specific, no contents, nothing else to do but get the house sold.  Can anyone recommend either an investor or attorney who can just quickly get them through this process?
