Hello, anyone's thoughts on calls from realtors advising to sell saying we're at the peak of the market? 

It feels like cape coral has hit a peak.

If even one unit goes vacant bye bye cash flow and hello monthly contribution into the property.

Personally I like new peaks but I heard their real estate training was not that great.
