I am an LO at a DSCR lender known as Easy Street Capital.

It was right across the street from the property I’d been in for 14 years that I was preparing for sale.

As a homeowner, I would hate a STR on my street in a regular neighborhood.

What is the zip code is the property in and maybe the address or at least the street name would be good. 

I believe some of that cost also includes regular special improvements like water mains, street lighting, etc as well.

In 3 of our duplexes, we had plumbers come in and actually dig new lines from the street and then the city installed new separate water meters at the house.

and I will contact the alderman Pretty much all side streets are zoned RS-3. 

We drug our feet too long on the property initially of interest, and we got outbid.
