I spent one day visiting one listing g 20 minutes from my home. 

Trust me because I spent 15 years in the analysis-paralysis between 2005 and 2020.

This is the best case for us because it means no boxes left on the front porch.

For some background, I've spent the last 18 or so years working in IT and at the end of 2020 I decided that I really wanted to go a different direction.

If you have the ability to finance conventionally, researching online should be a simple process for you, as you'll be able to check all the necessary required boxes.
