For comparing properties or managing properties?

I like using local real estate agents or someone trustworthy from a local FB group that I vet to be inspectors at my properties.

A home sitting for months might be because it was listed during a slower rental season.Marketing and Property Management: Some landlords don’t market their properties well, or they might have strict tenant requirements that reduce the pool of potential renters.3.

We own 7 properties that we will start developing in 2025.We are currently remodeling my wife’s two-story home, turning that into two rentals.A developer contacted us and is using our largest plot to build a four-story condo building trading one condo for the opportunity.We drive and live in an 18 wheeler debt-free saving up capital for the next opportunity. 

However, the ROI on the cheaper house seems kinda low if I rent out the property as a whole.

Can someone guide me or direct me how can I buy a REO property ?
