Dear Community/Future Friends,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m looking to purchase a duplex in Charlotte, with one unit being turn-key and the other in need of repairs. I believe I can utilize a 203(k) loan for the refurbishment. Additionally, I’m partnering with a friend where we then can take advantage of a first-time homebuyer program, but we’re unfamiliar with the available options in Charlotte.

Your guidance and expertise in helping us find suitable properties and navigate these programs would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to any insights or assistance you can provide.

Thank you so much for your time!

Warm regards,
