I have been listening to podcast as well as doing a lot of research online about purchasing my first rental property.

My name is Daniel Wagner and I am interested in learning more about Real estate investing-- specifically in regards to live-in flips with the intention of converting to rentals.I have many years experience in home remodeling, online marketing, and entrepreneurship.

I was looking online, and getting a fourplex, renting out three of the spaces and living in one of them, and creating a positive cash flow sounds nice, but the question is.. how?

I'd also suggest you upload a photo of yourself, if for some reason you don't want a pic online, maybe one of a local landmark, hobby, etc. 

It's very difficult to determine online what I am looking at in regards to HOA fees.  

I have already leaned a good deal through the bigger pockets podcasts as well as Brandon turners online webinars but I want to continue to grow in this new adventure.
