Hi! My name is Daniel Wagner and I am interested in learning more about Real estate investing-- specifically in regards to live-in flips with the intention of converting to rentals.

I have many years experience in home remodeling, online marketing, and entrepreneurship. I thought I could bring my skills to the table in these ways. 

A bit about me: I'm married with four kids. I live with a cup half full (specifically the left side). I love to play guitar and sing. Currently building a business where I help musicians with their marketing and promotional strategies while working full time. Oh, and I can play hacky sack like a champ :)
