Hi James,

I've been on biggerpockets for a while now in listen only mode but finally decided to start contributing. I'm a part-time investor, full-time Account Executive at Microsoft selling Bing Search Advertising. I've closed one wholesale deal and I'm in the process of building a wholesale partnership business that takes advantage of my experience in advertising.

Currently, I have 3 partners who wholesale deals in the Chicago and South Bend, IN markets. I spend around $2,000 - $3,000 per month in marketing and have a full-time virtual assistant.

I can offer advice on:

  • All things online marketing and measurement.
  • Sales process and development.
  • Onboarding VAs

What I'm looking for:

  • Rehabbers who would like to extend into wholesaling as a money partner with first right of refusal on deals and a profit split.
  • Beginner wholesalers who need systems to help complete their first few deals.
  • Experienced Wholesalers who would like to outsource marketing, and answering calls for an equity split.

If anyone has any questions, or looking for assistance, feel free to reach out.

Thanks,
James

@James Turner

Welcome. I look forward to learning from your future posts.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com Focus on those with paper nametags they are newbies some will have $ you can work with them.

Two Great reads, I bought both J. Scott The Book on Flipping Houses, The Book on Estimating ReHab Costs http://www.biggerpockets.com/flippingbook

Download BP’s newest book here some good due diligence in Chapter 10. Real Estate Rewind Starting over
