In the near future, I would like to get involved with flipping properties and implementing the BRRRR strategy.

I have done this method in the past and seems to work just fine in most situations.

There is also a lot of skill involved that are challenging to get correct until experience is obtained. 

I'm a veteran as well and use the BRRRR method (out of state), it's EASY.

It’s free, easy to use and functional enough to get me by with very little work on my part.I’m getting ready to upgrade because I will be managing for others soon and I’ve been looking at buildium or appfolio which are much more involved and require a lot more time to build out.

This is an older couple and they don’t really want to do much by way of providing the information.This would be my first actual investment and would love to get some partners involved but all I have as of right now is a lead

What type of real estate are you involved in? 

Depending on the amount of the lien it may be best to get an attorney involved.

Several of my friends have expressed an interest in getting involved with me to fix and flip property.
