So, you know my name, I'm from Overland Park, KS, and am looking for some passive income opportunities in the area! If anyone has knowledge to impart on finding deals in the area, or recommendations for property managers or any of the members I will need on my team to start this journey, let me know! Welcome neighbor! I live in Overland Park as well and love it here. I’ll be the odd person out and say most of Johnson County in general isn’t great for investing. Market prices are so high here that cash flow is a real challenge. Of course there are exceptions to every rule but instead check out the nearby communities of Belton, Independence and Grandview. At the very least join us at one of the BP Meetups that take place monthly. :-)
