Partnering with multiple investors

I'm a real estate Broker and personal investor with rental property and rental farm land as well as experience fixing and flipping. Several of my friends have expressed an interest in getting involved with me to fix and flip property. I'm looking for some input for best strategies to either partner individually with each investor and form an LLC to hold the property or, create one or more LLC's with multiple members with all of us working together. Also would be interested to know how others managing their own real estate transactions have handled their real estate commission when partnering with others?
