Hi, I've heard a few times while listening to the podcast that there is a company that will write and mail yellow letters.

One facet of real estate I am new to is the investment side from the directing mail marketing, and the we will buy your home cash, quick close, no questions asked type advertising approach.

Two Real Estate Brokers from the same firm mailed letters to our properties, outside envelope addressed as "Dear Tenant".

Is the formatting consistent throughout diff mail platforms / types.

Im just curious as to where to start doing targeted Direct mail? 

Motivated Seller list in the flip game can be a challenge to determine the quality of who  you are mailing to.  

My flyers came in the mail yesterday from which I went out door knocking.

I know on the yellow letter, it will merge [PROPERTY ADDRESS], but if the owner's mailing address is different, which address will it be sent to?

My first letters for my direct mail campaign will be going out shortly, so I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row for the hundreds of calls I'll be fielding. ;) Actually I'll just feel better about the whole thing if I have everything in place before I throw thousands of dollars at a marketing campaign.I would like to get some recommendations on a title company in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire (Merrimack county, ideally).

I use some of that time working on my list for direct mail via D4D and searching public records for my county.
