Lakes Region, NH - title company and realtor recommendation

My first letters for my direct mail campaign will be going out shortly, so I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row for the hundreds of calls I'll be fielding. ;) Actually I'll just feel better about the whole thing if I have everything in place before I throw thousands of dollars at a marketing campaign.

I would like to get some recommendations on a title company in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire (Merrimack county, ideally). I'm from CT, so most of my real estate transactions have been done through an attorney previously.  Any input on this would be appreciated.

Also looking for a realtor in this area. I'm a newer investor (although not brand new), and I do a lot of my own legwork.  I'm looking for flips at this time, so no wholesaling. On the realtor front, I need someone that I can refer leads to if they don't meet my criteria.  I also would like to bounce ARVs or process questions off of them and get some input during the rehab process.  Obviously I'd be listing with them on the sell side as well.
