For my corporate job I use SAP which would be overkill for a much simpler business like Real Estate at least from the accounting perspective.2) Is there a BP post on process flows (infographic) for deal aquisitions that way I can wrap my head around whatever methods of deal aquisitions exist?

Id ask them to have a head underwriter review or have a different processor comment because although I'm not a residential lender I'd venture to guess that the actual guidelines state what is based on the credit report.it could however be an overlay that they are doing right now just being more conservative.

Organized: they should have the processes in place to handle most anything on their own, reports should show up monthly automatically and anything far from the norm should have a heads up given.
