Trump, Interest Rates, Current Market

Hey BP,

With rising interest rates, and Trump's proposed tax plan to cap or eliminate the mortgage interest deduction, are you expecting prices to fall? Do you think it is a risky time to purchase? Do you think it is prudent or foolish to wait and monitor from the sidelines?

I am currently looking at a small 2BR condo in Westchester, NY. Before I pull the trigger, I thought I'd ask you guys to share any and all thoughts about the market.

How is the current market environment influencing your decisions?

I am currently very bullish on real estate right now. Prices are rising and there are still slam dunk deals to buy if the market were to crash you would still be safe. Find deals and areas like that. I currently live in Tennessee and this is just what I am seeing. No matter what the houses cashflow and if prices go up. I go with it. If they fall... I still cashflow the same no big deal.

Either way, it would be foolish to "wait" to see what happens. Get started no matter what.

My prediction (because non of us truly know) is that we are going to have some great years a head of us.
