I think your best bet is to customize as much as you can with the info you have. 

I just direct customers to the specific unit application and then approve based on their application.

Any advice is appreciated..I grew skeptical of Home Depot and Lowe's...I find they hardly ever have the best prices..most contractors go there because of convenience, but then again, most contractors pass the cost of the materials to their customers :)

It isn't helping our cash flow but it is keeping us sane and it does feel like we are participating in solutions instead of adding to problems.

The ones that are open have taken major steps to protect customers and employees.The governor refuses to do a full state shut down, which would include mandating any non-essential businesses to close.

I am sure this whole situation will present a LOT of creative solutions to be supportive to tenants and change the business for the better in some ways, but its a slippery slope so proceed with caution.  

We have custom plans with in law quarters and one plan for RV garage ( couple of or folks on the waiting list asked for those)..  

These are real people who have to make their own decisions regarding their safety and that of their customers. 

I pull probate and eviction data from local court cases, but this provides too few leads to scale. Curious what the BP community has decided on for their businesses. What it does well. What is doesn't do well. The lea...
