I pull probate and eviction data from local court cases, but this provides too few leads to scale. Curious what the BP community has decided on for their businesses. What it does well. What is doesn't do well. The lead types you focus on. Have been looking into Realtytrac, and investor title toolbox to pull large lists and push to VA.
