I installed tamper resistant outlets (don’t cost much more) but it’s safer for kids incase they want to play with the outlet(avoid).

I played with using different criteria and size (4000 to 100,000 names) but it always seems to come back at around .18 cents.

Don't get me wrong, this is a successful appreciation play for sure but in terms of holding this long-term, there are better rates of return on your capital in other investments.
