Hi John,Just based on what you have said you have not discovered a clear path of how you want to get started.Other investors and also brokers and agents who are very successful value time.I can't tell you how many times I had agents at my brokerage and they would never do what it takes or would skip steps.

I figured it would be simpler to buy a cheap apartment or duplex in somewhere like Phoenix or Memphis so I could skip the loan and make things a bit more hassle free.
