So what now?

Ok I need a little help.

I found a couple of vacant houses and the owner does not have a different address. How do I find the owner? I checked the county property website but that is the only house they are attached to. Mail box is sealed so I dont think sending them a yellow letter would work?

What would you do?
Is there a program to use? Is whitepages.com good if I pay? I used it but nothing pops up.
