@Mike G.Would you believe in the past 3 years on Bigger Pockets, and I post a lot of my analysis, Case Shiller numbers, GLVAR sales numbers, etc., you are the first that asks me how do I crunch the numbers.I'm in accounting and finance by trade, so all I do every day is numbers.

They aren't perfect, but as other have pointed out, they are still free (to me).I absolutely agree that this platform wont scale past the units we currently have.

So if the HELOC came next, then that's the order it goes in.So the HOA is usually in 1st position AND 4th position.If there is enough equity in the condo, the HOA can and will push through their foreclosure, getting back all past due balances and costs.
