Hi!

My name is Davena (Day-v-na) and I am live in Michigan and am looking to start investing in my own backyard. I live in a suburb surrounding Detroit and lived and worked in Detroit for the better part of my life and am very familiar with the city. I am looking for investors( local or not) that are interested in investing in the city or surrounding suburbs. I am new to RE investing but have been working for the past 22 years with most of it being in management. I have completed training  in RE for the State of Michigan, but decided I did not want to become license. If you are a buyer, seller, investor or interested in learning more about investing in the Michigan market feel free to reply to this post.

Thanks!
