There's a great "34 step property management" article on BP that I use and add things here and there to the process, ie.

This has inspired me to write a short article about the pros and cons of getting your license.  

It's not a bad idea to have it on each page. 2) You want to consistently post articles on your website.

I have a basic idea of wholesaling but I keep reading articles and listening to Podcast and everyone's strategy is different.

@Matt Heerwald  One thing you should also understand about San Antonio is that it has numerous military installations.

As a brand new investor, does anyone have advice for me on what books, articles, etc to look into on how to manage my first property properly?

I've read numerous posts about list sources and software all claiming to offer great information, almost all responses to these posts say nothing is accurate or offers any real opportunities, does anything really help find these types of properties??

The best advice I ever got was to keep them involved in your learning process from BP articles, wrecommended books,  and some of YouTube.
