Anybody have a used copy that they would like to sell??? Looking to get educated in the multifamily area, reading a book by Berges now, but looking for something more in depth. Also, anybody recommend any educational programs or seminars? I don't mind investing a few k into my education. But obviously I want something with value not just guru pitches about how easy something is. I have experience in single family rentals (marketing, rehabbing etc) Thx everyone

@Logan Turner

Have you read Brandon Turner's 7 years to 7 figure wealth?  It's based on multifamily properties and scaling up.  If you haven't, I recommend it.  Also, is there an agent or mentor who has multifamily properties who can give you great tips starting out?

Multifamily allows you to build wealth faster. If a subject property's rents aren't where they should be, this decreases the value. Good purchasing power for you. Then you can get in there and raise rents to market value, increasing the value. Also, you'll have one roof to worry about vs a number of SFH. When a unit is vacant you'll still have money coming in from other units. Multifamily is def the way to go. Good luck!
