However, they were receptive to the criticism and their education compared to most others (who generally speak in code and fluff to feed their ego instead of feeding education,) was absent there, thankfully. 

Trust me ... i know how strong is the desire to get into the market and already start doing something, but  be patient or you will end up feeding someone elses desire to  buy a non performing note  for 30c on the dollar... and trust you me he will buy your note, and  rent that place for 50 cheaper than you have with 20% ROI because the banks wont care who they sell your NPN to as by then they will make enough off of your Mortgage. 

Having a live feed sent to your email on the news in the local area is great.

Then what kind of team do you need in place to start feeding your deal funnel? 

So in the meantime to feed my crazy obsessions with Real estate i want to learn about flipping property.

Redfin, zillow, trulia and I am sure others get a feed from the MLS so you can see listed properties. 

Start looking for meet ups (there are ones in Rocky Hill and Manchester near to you), and find an agent who will set you up with MLS feeds.   

Obviously I feed pretty left in the dark about this.
