Easy task for a title co to pull the deed or any other docs that are recorded at the registry, happy to have my title guys do it or you could try going on the registry's site to download stuff yourself (a small fee per doc), could even go there in person, they're very helpful!

It's on commercial zoned land between 2 mobile home parks in Stafford Co.

I bought it before I knew anything about REI, it was my first non-co-signed purchase, and it was my main residence.

What if you aren't the hardest worker or there was something that you could have done but didn't?

Some aggregator sites don't differentiate between condos and co-ops so you could be looking at a co-op with an unusually high maintenance. 

I was in the construction business about 30 years residential and commercial and I don't remember that was broght up by workers or the general public. 

In terms of workers, you have basic laborers and specialists (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masons, roofers, landscapers) and other finish pros.
