Tax Delinquency List

I called my county tax collector’s office to ask for the tax delinquency list, for the first time, but the lady said they do not keep a list. All she kept saying was they release a list in the paper in April. Has anyone heard of a county doing this or have any suggestions of getting the list without waiting 3 months?
