Does anyone have experience in BRRRR in Downtown Eastside San Antonio, aka “The Revitalization Area”?

How hard is it to find good deals on triplexes & 4-plexes in San Antonio’s Downtown, Eastside area?

@Scott Kelley if you were buying in some of the high rent areas around San Francisco you would not get even a fraction of the 1% rule.

My wife and I live in San Diego but are looking for something to get our hands dirty with in her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas.

Can anyone recommend a good attorney in San Diego who is knowledgeable about wholesaling?

What I’m glad about is that this doesn’t touch costa-Hawkins, so us San Francisco based non RC property owners are benefiting from that.

This is very different situation to places like New York or San Francisco where low income families can't afford to live anywhere safe if it's not subsidized. 

I'm up in San Francisco if you're in the city. 

After that initial hump, you and all the other new houses will appreciate at the same rosy rate, whatever that is.There are a few areas that have great cash flow opportunities for new duplex construction; Georgetown, Leander, San Antonio.
