Looking to invest and connect in Fort Worth

Ryan Knapp
Posted

Hey BP gang,

I'm 31 years old and am looking to start my investing career.

My wife and I live in San Diego but are looking for something to get our hands dirty with in her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. For our first deal I'm willing to take just about anything to learn the trade. Just need to purchase for the right price then sell or buy and hold. Ultimately I'd like to BRRR and use our skill to run short term rentals in up and coming areas.

Any tips on obtaining financing in Fort Worth or investor friendly banks? Any insight into some of the best neighborhoods to invest in or where I should be looking?

Thanks,

Ryan
