I did eviction as quickly as I can, still lost $18k including uncollected rent and attorney fees...Turned out he lost his job...I never rented to mid age, high flying, single income tenant again...

anything over 100 units is pretty much full time job for a property manager and a maintenance tech,, depending on age of building..It's whats available today and gone tomorrow story,, you never know what can come up for sale..Good Luck.
