SD-IRA for a BRRR Strategy

Assuming I find a deal, renovate accordingly and within budget, rent and maintain (all with funds from SD-IRA), could I refinance the property in 6 to 12 months, pay back my SD-IRA account and use the profits to purchase another property outside the SD-IRA LLC? Accepting that I would pay taxes on these profits but now could repeat process outside the SD-IRA funds. And then, I assume, I just hang on to the property purchased through SD-IRA LLC and put the passive income into that account to be used when I reach the qualifying age?
