Linden...probably not an option to make a reputable referral...but PM's are pretty selective in general...we keep a database of PM Companies...my support staff keeps tabs and interviews them fairly routinely...glad to share a few, just shoot me a private message if you're interested.Best of luck.

Granted, I cannot say for sure since I haven't seen your deal, but every reputable side-by-side comparison I've seen shows leasing as the more expensive way vs. owning in almost every scenario.
