Umbrella policy recommendation
I have six rentals and apparently our current umbrella policy only allows us to put 4 under the policy. Does anyone have a recommendation for an insurer that allows for up to 25 or so rentals (our goal number)?
If so, would you mind sharing approximately how much you pay and how many units your policy covers?

PersonalUmbrella.com will do up to 30 units (4 family = 4 units). If your agent is not licensed with them you may be able to find local agents on their web site. If that doesn't work PM me and I will contact them for a list.
