B-R-R-R-R strategy in Texas with no seasoning
We would like to begin building our rental portfolio vi the BRRRR method; however, we can't seem to find a lender that does not require at least 6 months seasoning before refinancing in TX. Anyone have a reputable lender that can facilitate a cash out refinance if we've owned the property for fewer than 6 months?
