LLC structure for AZ rental properties?
Can’t find this specific question in any forum:
For someone starting to build their portfolio, what do all of you AZ investors suggest for LLCs when having multiple rental properties? I've heard it's best to have an LLC setup for each property, but isn't there another way to have one LLC and then create sub sections within it? I know some states allow this but haven't been able to find anything for Arizona.
Thanks in advance BP!
