Maybe at that point I'll do some KC,MO so when I fly back I can catch both in a week.My opinion is if you invest out of state it is ALL ABOUT MANAGEMENT and TEAMWORK the rest will fall into place if you let it.

Catching up on all the podcasts has been my first goal.

Its takes time sometimes for the county to catch up on that stuff.

Hate that you can never predict what is going to be the next big thing or what will catch on or not.

Since I travel a lot as a consultant I try to use that time to catch up with the podcasts.My original plan was to keep dumping my money into the markets and in a year or 5 buy my first property when my nest egg is large enough for a down payment (typically 30% on an investor's mortage).

You will catch them off guard.

I have lot of domain knowledge to catch up on, and still need to investigate whether it is best one under an LLC, whether the lender would agree to lend it with this model, etc.
