I've been contemplating real estate investing for a few months now, and recently found BP. What a wealth of knowledge. Catching up on all the podcasts has been my first goal. I fall in the category of real estate investing with little or no money down. My goal is to pay off as much of my debt as possible (currently working extra as an uber driver) to put myself in a position to make my first deal after tax season. I'm very excited to begin my journey and looking forward to sharing my experiences and lessons with the community.
