When explaining LLCs from a legal standpoint I want people to understand that an LLC that was created correctly functions like a box.

Let me know if you have worked with any lending institution out there that is friendly to business owners and can think outside the box, that gave you a HELOC.

You have to zoom in on your property location and click on it or use the find box if you know the street address.

The most conservative approach would be to create the LLC and have the right insurance coverage.No matter which way you go, get a private mail box (similar to a PO box) so that you don't give borrowers your home address, especially if your loans are secured and filed for public record.

They don't go the box stores.

This time we're buying from a contractor supply house rather than from the big box stores.

The higher cash flows help contend with the higher purchase price.Best thing I can tell you, is think outside of the box.
