Several Multi duplexes in my neighborhood
All,
There are several tenanted duplexes by where I live that I would like to purchase. They are in Ft Pierce, Fl, fairly close to the water, have tenants and are in area that will be developed in the next 2-3 years (they are already expanding the road leading to this neighborhood from I-95).
My question is these properties are not for sale so how would I go about reaching out to the owners, or finding the owners for that matter?
Happy End of the Month!
Wes
