Hello All, My name is Jenn Osborne and my husband and I started an LLC a couple of years ago. We currently own a couple of condos and a vacation rental. We are looking to grow our LLC into multifamilies but are really having a hard time in the area we live in, seems to be over saturated with investors. We currently live outside of Hershey, PA. Would love some advice on how to research areas in which I am not familiar. Or if you know of anyone looking to sell in/around our area, please let me know.

I haven't attended in a while.  But LIMG - Harrisburg is a pretty good one.  There's CARPOA on the West Shore which is good too.
