Thanks @Adam Juodis  I have read through a lot of those posts, and the consensus seems to be that there is a lot of mixed opinions on whether or not it's ethical and/or what trouble you'll get into if you do it behind the lenders back.

The units would likely be a mix of 2/1 and 4/2.  

(I don't recommend someone using such a low version, but it works.)Intuit doesn't deal with tech issues after three years which stinks, but so be it.  

I go to Tech so it's great for getting to class.

Those jobs tend to have pay tied to inflation targets and while there is a ton of promising tech growth, development builds have been focused on eating up the new comers.

You wont find the online companies in their mix of who they work with?

I own a townhouse in a new (3-4 years old) 12-unit development, mixed residential/retail.

Just for the record I own 8 units, a mix of duplexes and SFR's. 

I think a lot of people get building and planning mixed up. 

By 2001, high tech mutual funds were in the toilet, and that fourplex was standing tall.
