When you analyse your deals, model how the property will work if your cost of capital were 8% ... if it can carry itself, then it is a deal where you can enjoy the current low rate and not loose sleep when they start to climb.

I manage a couple of rental properties and have to say I enjoy learning as much as possible about real estate.

I have a real estate license which works for my benefit however I would like to relocate with my family somewhere warmer near the ocean with a lower coast of living and enjoy a better quality of life and scale my business.

We're nearing retirement and my goal is to get these things paid off ASAP and then enjoy a retirement afforded by real estate investing.

Recently, I started listening to the BP Podcast, enjoyed the quality content, remembered reading about Brandon years ago and finally decided that NOW would be the time to take my investing to another level.Though I was originally born and raised in Oakland, CA, the traveller in me decided to move out to Miami, Florida and start my career there.
