Happy 2016 to all!  I relocated to the Atlanta, Georgia area from Washington, D.C. over the summer.  I've been a longtime lurker of BP and finally decided to fully commit to real estate investing.  I've found members on this site to be incredibly helpful, informative and motivated.  The resources on the website are also invaluable.  Anyhow, I'm primarily interested in flipping and will eventually move into buy and hold.  I already own one property outside of my primary residence that I'm managing, so I'm not entirely new to real estate.

I hope to get started in the coming months and I would like to find a real estate agent that is investor friendly with a tremendous amount of experience assisting clients with navigating the nuances of fix and flip transactions.  I'm also here to network with investors, contractors, and other real estate professionals and hopefully build successful business relationships.   I'm very excited to get started investing and learning as much as possible from the honey hole of knowledge that is BP!

Lastly, this site thrives on interactions and as such we encourage two way exchanges and look forward to educational and thought provoking ideas relevant to REI.
