I am looking to start investing in a borough right on the border of Pittsburgh, PA.

My girlfriend is currently looking at Mesa, especially the areas bordering Tempe.

., Barrington Stage, Berkshire Medical Center, both have been de-leaded and are already rented approx 2k+ rent.Updated gas heating systems with on-demand hot water.

I'm not familiar with southern and eastern Osceola county, but I know that the north-west tip of Osceola county where it borders Polk is one of those special zones. 

Could you give some details on the borders of 'Upper Kensington'?

@Paul De LucaThanks Paul,Most of our single family homes are in Downers Grove, Naperville, Plainfield.

All that said, the whole Spokane area including Post Falls and Coeur De Alene is growing very fast.
