Hi everyone! I'm a newbie looking to network with seasoned investors or investors who have made their first deal already. I have been trying to educate myself about investing for a while and tend to feel discouraged that I haven't made a deal yet. currently, am also trying to get licensed and I also have preforclosure and probate leads with 50% or more in equity in different counties within illinois.
