I do not know them, but I can suppose that they have lost their job, or something similar, because, in my opinion, the situation is not common, why tenants who used to behave perfectly have been stoped paying the rent ?

I suppose someone buying without title insurance can just close on the deal.. and take title subject to these recorded contracts rent it out and given the exteme low value who cars if your title is buggered up.. cost to sue and litigate this exceeds the value I would think...

So the next time somebody bitches about taking care of our veterans before refugees, or there not being enough money in the school budget for pencils or being unable to have money to fix our crumbling infrastructure, keep our parks open, fund some worthy program or another, ask them if they paid all the tax they were supposed to last year

They were the least troublesome out of the 3, however they wanted out of the lease early due to a deployment, I gladly allowed it and "supposedly" the wife moved back home (out of state about 8 - 12hrs away) to be with her parents while her husband was gone.
