Evictions at Orlando - FL
I'm from Argentina and I have condo units at Orlando and Miami
I have a realtor located in Miami, managing my units. My problem is that I had 2 evictions in 2 different units at Orlando during this year. My realtor solved this issue in a right way, However, I would like to understand. Is this a typical situation to have so much evictions at Orlando ? which are the best option to prevent evictions ?.
I would appreciate your comments
thanks

I'm from Miami and this behavior is pretty common down here. Morals aren't at their highest here and many people are aware of their rights as tenants and take full advantage of it when convenient.
